She held the thread between her thumb and index finger of her left hand. “One snip is all it takes,” she said, and with her right she brought her first two fingers together, simulating a scissoring action.
He threw his hands over his head, “OK, you win. I’ll call Dr Patel in the morning and make an appointment.”
